Goal: Considering the positive effects of scientific productions of scientific-citation databases on scientometric indicators of the works indexed on those databases, this research investigates the effects of altmetric scores provided by the Mendeley Scientific-Citation Network on the scientometric indicators of Scopus and Google Scholar. Methods: The present research is a basic study with a quantitative approach that uses the citation method to investigate the effects of altmetric scores of the scientific productions of the semantic web domain derived from the Mendeley and altmetrics databases on the indicator of the number of citations received for these works on Scopus. The thematic domain of the present research involves scientific productions of Iranian authors in the semantic web domain, indexed from 1960 to 2021 on the Scopus database. The statistical population of this research consisted of 271 records at the time data were extracted from the Scopus database (10/02/2022). For the statistical analysis, correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression tests were used in addition to descriptive and inferential statistics. Software used included Excel and SPSS. This research first searched scientific productions of the semantic web domain on Scopus. Then, to meet the main goal of the research, i.e., evaluating the scientific productions of Iranian authors in the semantic web domain and investigating the effects of the activities of these authors on the Mendeley and Altmetric databases on the indicator of the numbers of citations received on the Scopus, the search process was limited to Iranian-affiliated scientific production on Scopus. In the next stage, altmetric scores related to these scientific productions were retrieved from the Mendeley and Altmetrics databases and then prepared for statistical tests. The retrieved works were case studied to increase the accuracy of relating the themes of the works under study. Purpose: The significant influence of scientific and citation networks among scientific societies has caused that while identifying influential individuals and universities in each field, the issue of knowledge sharing is also highly considered. With this in mind, the present study investigates the relationship between Mendeley academic social network Altmetrics indices and Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases in the field of economy, management, and accounting.Methodology: The present study is applied research that has been done in a descriptive-survey method with the Altmetrics approach. The statistical population of the research includes Iranian Authors and researchers in the field of economy, management, and accounting who had indexed documents in the Scopus database in the period of 2000-2019. 160 of the most prolific authors have been introduced and reviewed by Scopus. In order to analyze the data, in addition to descriptive statistics, in the inferential statistics section using Excel and SPSS software, a simple and multiple correlation test between the studied indicators has been used. Results: The results show a significant and positive relationship between the indicators studied in Mendeley with the scientometric indicators of Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases. This relationship is very high in cases such as reading frequency, a number of citations, and HTML index score, Mendeley with Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, and weak in cases such as Mendeley reader index with Scopus co-authorship index. The results show that the degree of correlation between the citations received in Mendeley and other databases is very high. Also, the relationship between the authors' index in Mendeley and other databases is positive and significant. This relationship is stronger between Scopus and Web of Science than the other databases. Conclusion: Due to the positive and significant relationship between Mendeley indicators and indicators of other databases, the use of this academic social network in publishing and sharing research results can attract more citations.

Background and Objectives: This study was intended to investigate the opinion of the users of the Central Library of Astan Quds Razavi (CLAQR) regarding the provided services using Six-Sigma methodology. Methodology: This is an applied descriptive-survey study that explores the gap between the minimum level of expectations, the current status, and the maximum level of users’ expectations regarding the human force services, information resources, and space available in the CLAQR. The data were collected by the Libqual Questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 23. Findings: The average score of 72.88% for users’ opinions regarding the indicator of human force (HF) in CLAQR shows the relative satisfaction of users in this regard. Only the indicator of “prepared staff for answering the users’ questions”, with a 50% satisfaction score, failed to meet the minimum expectations of the users. The average score of 76.88% regarding users’ opinions about the quality of the available resources in the library also indicates their relative satisfaction. Among the indicators related to the quality of resources, “audiovisual materials” received the highest satisfaction score (93.33%). The average score of 72.95% for users’ opinions indicates overall satisfaction with space and amenities available. However, the scores of some sub-indicators such as “comfortable and pleasant place” and “the presence of proper space for studying and learning” related to the current status were even lower than the minimum expectation level Discussion: The results show that overall, CLAQR has been successful in gaining 79.2% user satisfaction. The proximity of the actual level of service to the maximum level of users’ expectations enhances the quality of service provided by the library, and it will be possible to gain users’ maximum satisfaction with greater effort and focus on removing existing shortcomings.

Background and Objectives: Knowledge commercialization is a trend that a university can transfer the results of own members' research to the market to make capital. The point to be taken into account in this process is to identify and prioritize the factors contributing to the process of knowledge commercialization. It must be noted that identifying influential factors allows managers and decision makers to make decisions and determine commercialization policies. Accordingly, this research tries to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the commercialization of research results. Identifying the factors influencing the knowledge commercialization allows researchers and scholars to detect the possible barriers and anticipate removing them. Methodology: This research used qualitative approach and confirmatory factor analysis method to identify the items influencing knowledge commercialization in previous researches through library studies, then using Delphi method, it sought the opinions of knowledge commercialization experts about the identified factors in the University of Isfahan. The samples consisted of 262 faculty members and graduated students of Isfahan University in the academic year of 2018-19 who have commercialized the results of their research or planned to commercialize but failed and also were familiar with the process of knowledge commercialization. In this research, descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviation were run to calculate the opinions of experts on the indicators of knowledge commercialization. Furthermore, Kendall's coefficient of concordance (W) was used to determine the degree of unity in experts' opinions. Also, to prioritize the factors, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used. Findings: Among the three factors under study, background factors with a weight of 0.456, content factors with a weight of 0.339, and structural factors with a weight of 0.226 ranked the first to third priorities, respectively as the factors affecting knowledge commercialization. Applying fuzzy AHP, the sub-criteria for each of the main factors were compared as a pair. Defuzzyfication results of structural sub-criteria show that the "financial and information resources" with a weight of 0.359, "hard capabilities, processes, technology, and capabilities" with a weight of 0.343, and the "networking strategic links" with a weight of 0.298 were ranked first to third, respectively. Moreover, Defuzzyfication results of the content sub-criteria show that "knowledge base and research quality" with the weight of 0.507, "soft capabilities; human and marketing skills" with a weight of 0.301, and "internal management of the organization" with the weight of 0.192 were ranked first to third, respectively. Identifying the ultimate priority of indicators affecting the knowledge commercialization with the help of pairwise comparison showed that among the indicators related to the sub-criteria of financial and information resources, the index of "providing the required financial resources" with a weight of 0.577 is the most important one. Among the indicators of strategic links, the index of "establishing strategic relations between the university and industry" with a weight of 0.564 is in the first priority. Also, of the five indicators related to the sub-criterion of hard capabilities, the index of "creating a center / institution of commercialization" with a weight of 0.245 is the first priority. Among the four indicators of internal management, the index of "strengthening and promoting the culture of commercialization at universities" with a weight of 0.307 is the first priority. Furthermore, a pair comparison of the innovative infrastructure sub-criteria revealed that the "communication infrastructure" index with a weight of 0.429 is the first priority. The fuzzy values related to the sub-criteria of the political and legal environment confirm that the index of "commercial support laws and regulations" with a weight of 0.548 is the first priority. Among the four indicators related to the sub-criteria of "technical, economic and market environment", the index of "market needs and demand for research results" is in the first priority. Discussion: One of the obstacles to knowledge commercialization at the University of Isfahan is the lack of communication infrastructure to organize the results of academic research and provide it to related industries for exploitation. Lack of knowledge about academic researchers and the needs of the industrial sector as well as inability to communicate effectively with the industrial sector are the factors that lead to a failure in the knowledge commercialization. Obviously, the connection between university and industry will be effective in conveying the results of academic research. On the other hand, lack of information network for registering ideas, patent and research results in the Deputy of Research and communication with industry at the University of Isfahan has caused the owners of ideas and inventors to face a bulk of obstacles to transfer research results or register their ideas. The lack of supportive policies in the field of intellectual property ownership is also of the concerns in this respect. Because the lack of guarantee in the protection of intellectual property rights lead to the transfer of academic research results through the bases other than the academic ones and the role of universities in this regard be overlooked. Given the existence and occurrence of such problems, it seems necessary to design and use the information system for registering and transferring inventions by considering the laws of intellectual property owners at the University of Isfahan.

Purpose: The present research aimed to develop an interpretive structural model of the barriers to knowledge commercialization (KC) in Payame Noor University (PNU) of Iran.Method: The present research is an applied research of mixed-method types in terms of objectives and it is conducted based on confirmatory factor analysis. Fuzzy Delphi method was used for validation and variable screening, and barriers to KC were prioritized using fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Moreover, fuzzy DEMATEL technique and interpretive structural modeling were used for the identification and development of a model for the relationship between variables. The research community was experts of KC at PNU and given the research approach, 30 people were selected among them based on purposive sampling.Findings: Given the amount of effectiveness and affectability of the variables in the interpretive structural model, the variables such as weak legal framework for supporting idea people at the university, inefficiency and ineffectiveness of the rules and regulations for commercialization, lack of regulation for the apportionment of financial gain from commercialization among scholars, lack of skilled and expert human resources, lack of financial resources and facilities for commercialization of research results, and the weakness in the mutual recognition between university and industry, are the most affectable; they are in fact the dependent variables of the model.

Purpose: The present paper aims to investigate factors affecting knowledge-sharing among Fars Province public libraries’ librarians in terms of combina-tion of models Social Exchange and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and introducing a model of predicting their behavior.Research Methodology: The research is of practical type, and questionnaire has been used as the data gathering tool. Content validity has been used in order to determine the measurement tool validity and Lisrel software pack-age has been used for data analysis. The statistical population of the research includes 180 librarians working in Fars Province’s public libraries and select-ed using stratified random sampling method. Results revealed that most of variable model Social Exchange and Technology Acceptance Model on knowledge-sharing are effect and a casual relationship. Education and consultation programs improve employees’ performance. These should be designed based on employees’ ability and type of activity. The technology-job proportionality provides the opportunity to make more use of a technology thus improving the user’s performance. Existence of mutual trust between the employees and the organization, on the other hand, causes both sides to tend more to make knowledge-sharing. Creation of positive mental thinking in employees’ minds has improved their mentality towards their activities and complexities of their use of knowledge-sharing system, at the same time, increasing job effectiveness and speed of doing duties. Conclusion: Considering the importance of knowledge-sharing as the most fundamental function and the most important challenge of knowledge man-agement, the current work presents a casual model for predicting the factors affecting knowledge-sharing in public libraries.
